Hiroki is asking Sally for advice. He has a problem with his friend Bob.
Hiroki: Sally, can I get some advice? I’ve been working on a project with Bob, and ...
Sally: Is there a problem?
Hiroki: Well, yes. The problem is that he’s never on time. I can’t understand why he’s always late.
Sally: It might be a simple cultural difference. Maybe in his country, it’s not so rude to be late as long as it’s just a few minutes. Do you see my point?
Hiroki: Yeah, but what should I do?
Sally: Explain why you want him to be on time. I’m sure he’ll understand.
